Due to the nature of our services and digital products, all sales are final and non-refundable. Once a purchase is completed, it cannot be canceled, refunded, or exchanged, except where required by law.

Custom services, including but not limited to design, development, consulting, and digital marketing
Paid training, workshops, or courses

3. Subscription Cancellations
If you have subscribed to one of our services, you may cancel future billing at any time before the next billing cycle. However, we do not provide refunds for partial subscription periods or unused features.

4. Exceptional Circumstances
While refunds are generally not provided, we understand that exceptional circumstances may occur. In such cases, refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, at the sole discretion of Digyad. Approval is not guaranteed.

5. Chargebacks
Filing a chargeback or dispute with your payment provider without contacting us first may result in permanent account suspension or legal action. We encourage customers to reach out to our support team to resolve any issues amicably.
